The results in Swanson County were Meyer 522, Dulaney 306, Kembel 212.
Leo Meyer would resign on February 12, 1913 after being impeached by the Oklahoma House of Representatives. J. C. McClelland was appointed to fill the vacancy and served the remainder of the term.
