About this Poll
The CBS News 2018 Battleground Tracker is a series of panel studies in the United States. The poll is conducted by YouGov, an online polling company.

This poll interviewed 972 likely voters in Arizona and was fielded between October 23–26, 2018.

The respondents were selected to be representative of likely voters in Arizona in terms of age, race, gender, and education. Of the 972 respondents, 379 respondents were selected from YouGov’s online panel, 520 respondents were selected from P2Sample’s online panel, and 93 respondents were selected from Prodege’s online panel.

The sample was weighted according to gender, age, race, education, and geography based on the American Community Survey, conducted by the U.S. Bureau of the Census, as well as 2016 Presidential vote. The weights range from 0.2 to 7.5, with a mean of 1 and a standard deviation of 0.8.

The margin of error (a 95% confidence interval) for a sample percentage p based upon the entire sample is approximately 4.1%.
