About this Poll The Elon University Poll conducted a live-caller, dual frame (landline and cell phone) survey of 1,078 residents of North Carolina between September 5-9, 2014. Of these respondents, 983 said they were registered to vote in North Carolina. Of these registered voters, 629 were identified as likely voters using the method described in the methodology section near the end of this report.
