Filtering: SurveyUSA interviewed 1,000 Washington State adults 09/19/10 through 09/21/10. Of them, 859 were registered to vote. Of the registered voters, 609 were determined by SurveyUSA to be likely voters in the November general election. 38 of Washington's 39 counties vote solely by mail; ballots will be mailed to voters in 3 weeks, on 10/15/10.
