It could be a much broader group. Plenty of younger Tik Tok users could be persuaded to support Biden based on women's rights, LGBTQ rights, etc. But banning Tik Tok would put those people off. Young people don't like having their voice taken away.

I'm afraid this is true. It would be a catastrophe for Biden's support among that demographic.

That's what the proposed ban is trying to trigger so it wouldn't be banned if that happened.

Will signing the bill hurt Biden with the youth, or will it only hurt if the app is actually banned by ED.

What does that mean?

You will no longer be able to freely access TikTok in the US within a years time. Similar to how the CCP shuts down websites the same will happen to Americans as we lose our freedom. If you use VPN its still possible to access the content, but once the uniparty figures that out its likely they will start restricting access to that as well which was in the original Restrict Act from 2023.

Maybe Trump will reverse the ban on the app.
